Verified Seller Programme · by invitation
Reach buyers at the moment they compare prices
CheckPrice is where Nigerian shoppers compare prices before they buy. As a verified seller, your prices appear on the same product pages as the country's largest online retailers, and buyers reach you directly on WhatsApp. Participation is free and for limited partners.
How it works
1.Verification
We confirm your shop, its location and your business WhatsApp number, then create your seller profile and public shop page.
2.Listing
Select products from the CheckPrice catalogue and enter your price, condition and availability. No product descriptions to write; a listing takes under a minute.
3.Placement
Your price is shown on the product page beside the major online retailers, marked as a verified seller. When yours is the lowest price, it is presented as the best price on the page.
4.Enquiries
Interested buyers contact you directly on WhatsApp, with the product and your quoted price included in their first message.
What verified sellers receive
Your own web address
A shop page at your-shop.checkprice.ng listing every product you offer, ready to share on WhatsApp and social media. Your own domain name can point to it later.
Enquiry insights
See how many buyers contacted you from each product, week by week, from your seller dashboard.
Verified status
A verification badge on every listing tells buyers they are dealing with a shop CheckPrice has confirmed.
Our standard for listed prices
Buyers trust CheckPrice because the prices on it are real. Every price a seller lists must be genuine and the item available at that price. Sellers confirm their prices regularly: a price not confirmed within two weeks is shown as unverified, and after thirty days it is withdrawn until confirmed. Buyers can report a price that was not honoured, and sellers whose prices are repeatedly found to be inaccurate are removed from the programme.
